Sevastopol, July 27 (Navigator, Denis Kuzmin) - Businessmen who subleased premises in the center of Sevastopol for the McDonald's restaurant had enormous profits when the city treasury received disproportionately less.

“For Sevastopol residents to understand, I’ll give McDonald’s as an example... Once upon a time, the city rented out luxury premises to some OOO in the city center. This LLC entered into a sublease agreement with McDonald's.
Well, it would seem that everything is fine, everything is fine. We begin to study the economics, we find out that the city received 70 thousand for rent, and the subtenant received 15 thousand dollars,” he said.
At the same time, Menyailo did not name the tenant of the premises who resold it to an American restaurant.
However, the official assured that the new authorities of Sevastopol are working to “prevent this from happening in port activities and in other areas.”
