“Relevant control bodies work on the activities of the Federal Migration Service for issuing passports. Why are there queues, why doesn’t the “passport in an hour” scheme work. Do they pay money for issuing passports or not,” Menyailo said.
According to him, the government of Sevastopol is ready to contact the head of the Federal Migration Service of Russia if it is necessary to “send” additional personnel here in order to “remove the queues.”
