“To temporarily suspend, until October 15, 2014, construction work (except for emergency restoration, as well as the construction of social facilities and federal facilities) in the territories of the city of Sevastopol in the zones specified in the appendix to this resolution,” the mayor’s order says.
Persons carrying out construction in Sevastopol must, by July 21, put the area adjacent to the construction sites in order: remove construction and household waste, restore fences, repair the road surface and improve the area adjacent to the objects.
If construction continues, the Ministry of Internal Affairs is recommended to take measures and provide materials for consideration by the administrative commission.
As Navigator reported, in April Menyailo, by his order, stopped all construction work in the city, after which, over the past months, a special commission issued permission to resume work on some objects.
