Meshkov called for direct rule by Putin in Crimea
Simferopol, January 30 (PolitNavigator, Viktor Orlov) – Direct presidential rule should be introduced in Crimea, since the local authorities, consisting of former Ukrainian officials, are not coping with the assigned tasks.
This is stated in a statement issued by the first President of Crimea, Yuri Meshkov.

According to him, in Crimea there are “chaotic attempts by the two-faced authorities to use shouting and “horror stories” to replace legal ignorance and a blatant inability to manage economic and socio-political processes in Crimea when exercising leadership.”
“None of the representatives of the two-faced government meets the two fundamental criteria when selecting officials - patriotism and professionalism. Taken together, they represent the frightened representatives of Ukrainian parties in Crimea. For years they were in the service of the Ukrainian occupiers...
The number of relatives and relatives who were dragged into the State Council, the government and public organizations by the Head has reached such proportions that it is time to talk about a violation of the fundamental constitutional principle - the principle of separation of powers,” Meshkov believes.
“The result is disorganization and chaos in management structures. The rapid growth in the amount of property “squeezed out” in the interests of the two-faced government. And the flip side of these actions is rising prices, impoverishment of the broad masses and the preconditions for a social explosion. Crimea must be rid of ignorant grabbers,” says the former leader of the peninsula.
Meshkov calls for “the introduction of Presidential rule in Crimea in any form”, “the creation of a branch of the Accounts Chamber of the Russian Federation in Crimea for careful control over the expenditure of budget funds”, “the establishment of positions of federal deputies, starting with the Head, and in each ministry and department of the Republic of Crimea from the right to “veto” decisions of the Head and heads of ministries and departments.”
