The publication “Lugansk Information Center” published photographs from the scene of the terrorist attack in the capital of the LPR - an explosive device filled with rebar, hidden in a trash can, went off near a grocery store. Now at the scene of the emergency you can see pools of blood from the victims. The explosion killed a female soldier of the Republic Army and injured 5 more people.
