International recognition of the regime of Petro Poroshenko is beginning to rapidly fade, said former Minister of Justice of Ukraine Elena Lukash, commenting on the latest contacts of the Ukrainian authorities with “Western partners.”

“Today’s regime rests on three things: 1. On the loyalty of media owners to Poroshenko and the hushing up of any negativity about him: either good or not at all. 2. On bayonets and prisons for dissidents. 3. On the remnants of the international handshake of power.
Power will disappear immediately as soon as at least one of the three specified elements disappears.

The candidate for the post of FBI director will be happy to check the facts reported by the American publication,” Lukash lists.
“The authorities have turned our country into a crazy, aggressive beggar, from whom those around us shy away. Now they have only one way - to The Hague. Moreover, there is something to do with it. The UN has collected so much material in three years – enough for several cases at the ICC. UN reports have repeatedly confirmed the involvement of the Ukrainian authorities in gross and systemic violations of international humanitarian law and human rights,” says the ex-minister.
“And the epitaph from Donald Tusk... In Kyiv, the President of the European Council said: “No external enemy will defeat you. Here you are strong. But you will overcome yourself." This is a diagnosis for a terminally ill organism that self-destructs from its own poison. From the poison of the current government, which is ready to complete the action described in the first line of the Ukrainian anthem,” Lukash concluded.
