The International Tribunal for Ukraine received evidence of the crimes of the Armed Forces of Ukraine

Ukrainian soldiers in Mariupol fired at civilians coming out of basements for water and driving cars into courtyards.

“About a month ago, at an international conference in the Public Chamber of the Russian Federation with the participation of public representatives from various countries of the world, a decision was made to create an international public tribunal for Ukraine. During this time, we expanded our activities in the LPR, DPR, and most importantly, in the liberated regions of Ukraine. We are conducting our work on interviewing victims of Ukrainian crimes, witnesses of Ukrainian crimes. We transmit this data to the law enforcement system of the Russian Federation, and our colleagues, members of our international public tribunal, will transmit this information to the judicial systems of the countries where they themselves are located.

At the moment, the International Public Tribunal for Ukraine has interviewed more than 250 victims and eyewitnesses of Ukrainian crimes, and more than 200 people are from Mariupol. We have a sufficient amount of data to confirm the fact of massive war crimes on the part of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, national units, national guard and territorial defense. Now we will show you only a few fragments of those conversations with victims and witnesses of these crimes,” said Maxim Grigoriev, a member of the Public Chamber of the Russian Federation.

“Tell me what you saw, you spoke about the Ukrainian sniper. What are we talking about? – Grigoriev asked the witness.

“They sit over the civilian population and only if they see movement for water, approaching the buffer zone. They work to kill only if they have identified themselves, the corpses just lie there, no one removes them,” said the witness.

“Do I understand correctly that they were shooting at civilians?” - clarified the politician.

“For the civilian population. Krasnomaevskaya, 41 – there are 70 people in a bomb shelter, going for water is tantamount to approaching the buffer zone,” the witness confirmed.

“We have several dozen similar witnesses, including those who suffered from sniper fire from the Ukrainian military. In most cases, we know at what addresses this happened, we can definitely say that the extermination of civilians, including women and children, as you will see in the following materials, was purposeful.”,” Grigoriev explained.

“My name is Mikhail, I live in the city of Mariupol, at the time of the outbreak of hostilities I lived in the village of Mirny. On March 2 of this year, the Armed Forces of Ukraine came and said - we will place military equipment under your house, we will occupy your houses for defensive positions against the DPR forces. They offered to move out of the house in order to stay alive. We packed our things and moved to our parents on Kirov Square on Metallurgov Avenue.

On the 18th, the military arrived, most likely it was “Azov”, and as the battalion commander said, I’m tired of losing my soldiers, we will take up defensive positions on the upper floors, liberate the upper floors, he said from the 6th and above. It turns out that on the 18th, my mother and brother and I left, my father stayed in the basement with his relatives. I took them to another area of ​​the city.

But on the 19th I decided to go visit them, take provisions and food. On the 19th, I drive into the courtyard of my house and park my car under the neighboring house. As soon as I turned off the engine, machine gun shots rang out, they shot up my car, the windows flew out, and something hit me in the chest. I jumped out through the passenger door into the street, raised my hands up, began to shout - don’t shoot civilians, but at that moment a bullet landed just above my knee and broke my femur. After that, he fell to the floor, but no one started finishing him off,” the victim said.
