DPR MFA: Local elections fully comply with the Minsk agreements

According to him, Ukraine simply does not want to comply with these agreements, which is why it comes up with various reasons for canceling them.
“As stated in the memorandum, this is how we act. The memorandum does not specify the election dates, so I do not understand Ukraine’s rejection of the date, which is set for October 18th. The fact that Ukraine does not comply with the provisions of the Minsk agreements does not mean that we should not comply with them,” Kofman said.
