The Russian Foreign Ministry will help Sevastopol State University
Official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry Maria Zakharova promised to help scientists at Sevastopol State University restore contacts with the Western scientific world that were interrupted due to sanctions.

“Please give us the materials, and we will definitely take action. I am aware of this problem, it is not limited to your institution. Let's call a spade a spade: people are getting revenge for the choices they made. They do it pervertedly so that it hurts,” Zakharova said.
After the annexation of Crimea to Russia, publications of Crimean scientists were no longer indexed in the international SCOPUS system; they could not take part in grant programs.
Last year, Sevastopol State University entered into an agreement with the Berlin Technical University (BTU) on cooperation in academic and research fields, but when Crimean scientists were invited to the conference, the German Foreign Ministry did not issue them visas.
