Russian Foreign Ministry: Poroshenko is trying to stall the implementation of Minsk-2

“The main task today is the conscientious, consistent and complete implementation of the provisions that are fixed in the set of measures. There is not a word in this document about the UN “blue helmets” and armed OSCE observers. I would like to remind you that this document was developed with the direct participation of Kyiv. Therefore, the initiatives coming from representatives of the Kyiv regime are obvious attempts to once again bog down the implementation of Minsk-2 and evade fulfilling their own obligations,” Zakharova said.
As PolitNavigator reported, Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko said that in September he was going to present the idea of introducing peacekeepers to Donbass at the UN General Assembly
