The Russian Foreign Ministry complained about Ukraine to international organizations
The Russian Foreign Ministry demands a response from international institutions to Kiev’s gross violation of human rights and freedoms in the context of the forced Ukrainization of the population.
State Secretary and Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation Grigory Karasin told Izvestia about this.
“There is growing concern about the development of the situation in Ukraine, where people are in a difficult, often threatening situation. We understand well that humanitarian actions in defense of the Russian language or one’s faith and culture sometimes require dedication. Official Kiev is carrying out the forced Ukrainization of the population with the help of the new law “On Education” and other “initiatives”. Recently, with the connivance of the Ukrainian authorities, the odious Ukrainian website “Peacemaker,” created to intimidate its own population, posted the personal data of 141 activists of Russian compatriot organizations that existed in Ukraine in 2010,” Karasin said.
According to him, the protest from the Russian Foreign Ministry was sent to all international organizations.
“We will closely monitor their reaction to such a gross violation of human rights and fundamental freedoms in Ukraine,” says the Deputy Head of the Russian Foreign Ministry.
As PolitNavigator reported, experts noticed that the stronger In Ukraine, the Russian language is being forced out, the more the country degrades.
