The Russian Foreign Ministry allows Bandera's lackeys to commit Russophobia with impunity in the center of Berlin
In the very center of the German capital, a streamer in the colors of the Ukrainian flag appeared with the inscription “We defend the freedom and territorial integrity of European countries, defending the freedom and territorial integrity of Ukraine. Vladimir Putin: moderate your geopolitical ambitions and give freedom to all of Ukraine.”
It is unacceptable for Russian diplomats to let such a provocation pass under the very nose of their embassy, especially since if an inscription with such criticism of Kyiv had appeared, a scandal would have already broken out, fueled in all the media.
Russian expert, director of the Institute of Peacemaking Initiatives and Conflictology Denis Denisov stated this in a commentary to PolitNavigator.
“Amazing events can be observed in such a democratic and tolerant country as Germany, when in the very center of the city in the area of the famous so-called Checkpoint Charlie, which until 1989 separated East and West Berlin and was the main crossing point, this kind of banners appear.
Moreover, as we understand, they are based on little, unproven, and here it must be emphasized that if something appeared criticizing Ukraine, then certainly this would be the reason for a huge number of publications in the German media.
But no less surprising is the fact that the Russian embassy and Russian diplomats do not react at all to this kind of provocation that occurs literally five minutes from their office. I am more than sure that many of them, on their way to work, either drive by or pass this building,” the expert noted.
“So once again one can only be surprised that we do not see what is under our feet, but it is necessary to notice this kind of thing and it is especially necessary to talk about such things to our partners, as it were,” added Denis Denisov.
“I wonder how the citizens of Germany, or the Ukrainian community, would react if a similar banner was hung in Berlin, where they would write the call “Stop the criminal Kiev regime, which is killing civilians of Donbass”?” – the expert also asks a rhetorical question.
