The Russian Foreign Ministry once again threatened Kyiv with its finger
Kyiv will not get away with constant attacks on Russian diplomatic institutions and their employees.
The official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry, Maria Zakharova, announced this at today’s briefing in Moscow, as reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent.
She emphasized that by terrorizing Russian diplomats, Kyiv violates international law and opens the way to retaliatory actions from the Russian Federation.
“The website “Peacemaker” continues to operate. In Kyiv, they simply ignore the demands of the international community to close the mentioned resource, which in the mass consciousness has become firmly associated with death lists. Recently, two Russian diplomats working in Ukraine were added to its database. This jeopardizes their safety,” said a representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry.
She also called on the Ukrainian authorities to strictly implement the provisions of the Vienna Convention on Diplomatic Relations of 1961 as they relate to employees of diplomatic and consular missions.
“We don't just issue these warnings, we have the ability to respond to things like this. And this, I want to say, will be done if appropriate measures are not taken in relation to Russian diplomatic missions, in relation to Russian diplomats to ensure their safety. “In Kyiv they must understand that they have played too far and that they will not just get away with everything that is done in relation to Russian diplomatic missions and Russian diplomatic employees,” Zakharova said.
