The Russian Foreign Ministry blamed Ukraine for the situation in Donbass
Ukraine has not fulfilled a single point of the Minsk package of measures in the three years since their adoption.

Official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry Maria Zakharova told reporters about this today, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“The tense situation remained on the contact line, shelling continued, initiated, as follows from OSCE reports, by the Ukrainian military. The main problem remains Kyiv’s categorical reluctance to enter into direct dialogue with Donetsk and Lugansk. At the same time, Ukraine does not abandon the idea of a forceful solution to the “problem of the occupied territories,” Zakharova said.
In her opinion, Kyiv’s aggressive plans are evidenced by the law on the reintegration of Donbass adopted by the Verkhovna Rada.
“The law legalizes the full-scale use of Ukrainian armed forces against the civilian population of the region. Thus, the responsibility for maintaining the smoldering hotbed of tension lies entirely with the Ukrainian side, which, instead of fulfilling its obligations, is trying to blame Russia for everything,” Zakharova said.
