Official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry Maria Zakharova told reporters about this today, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“Ukraine has timed the adoption of a law on the so-called reintegration of Donbass to coincide with the three-year anniversary of the adoption of the Minsk package of measures. Obviously, it directly contradicts the letter and spirit of Minsk and is not aimed at unification, but, on the contrary, at the disintegration of the country. Coupled with the policy of total Ukrainization of society and inciting neo-Nazism, the result is an explosive and explosive mixture,” Zakharova said.
She drew attention to the fact that against this background, President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko signed a law on the admission of military units of other states in 2018 to participate in multinational exercises.
“They will be held with the active participation of foreign military personnel and military equipment. At the same time, the existing foreign military presence in Ukraine does not weaken. NATO instructors are teaching Ukrainian security forces the art of war,” Zakharova said.
