Thanks to Ukraine, five important points of the Minsk agreements, the implementation of which were agreed upon at the meeting of the leaders of the Normandy Four countries exactly a year ago, were thwarted.
The corresponding reminder was published by the Russian Foreign Ministry, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“Exactly a year ago, the leaders of Russia, Germany, France and Ukraine confirmed that there was no alternative to the Minsk agreements as the basis for resolving the conflict in Donbass and outlined seven priority steps that should have been taken... Five important agreements remain unrealized solely because of Ukraine’s position,” the Foreign Ministry recalls RF.
