The Ukrainian Foreign Ministry declared the country a “guarantor of international food security”
One of the main historical tasks of the Ukrainian state is to ensure the world's food supplies.
Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmitry Kuleba stated this in an interview with RBC Ukraine.
“Food is politics. In these conditions, Ukraine is the guarantor of international food security, we must strengthen this status and build up our muscles. In general, I believe that this is one of our historical tasks. Being a country that survived genocide, the Holodomor catastrophe, become a country that is one of the guarantors of international food supplies. This will be a complete paradigm shift. This will be a victory of historical, national scale,” the minister believes.
According to him, in Ukraine they have learned to sow, collect, and sell.
“We just need to get some money and learn how to create added value - and in general it will be possible to “live in chocolate,” Kuleba hopes.
Earlier, the US Ambassador to Ukraine proposed that Ukraine become an “agrarian superpower.”
