Zelensky Foreign Ministry: The whole world is no longer with Ukraine
Ukraine is seeing more and more Western signals indicating a willingness to reduce pressure on Russia, which began after the events in Crimea and Donbass in 2014.
Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Vadim Prystaiko stated this on the air of the talk show “Freedom of Speech,” a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“Watching how sanctions after sanctions fall off - not those where the word “sanction” is written, but what we understand as a package of pressure on Russia.
Well, for example, they are invited to the G7 table - is this a wake-up call for us? The bell rings. They invite the delegation back to PACE, we see how the leaders flocked to Moscow, we see how someone invites them to a dance, to Putin’s wedding and thinks that everything is fine.
Little by little, this whole set of sympathy for us and pressure on Russia, we see how it is gradually relaxing, more and more companies are saying that Nord Stream is a purely economic project, let’s be smart, we all want to make money, and so on.
At some stage, we must have the courage to understand that we do not have many partners behind us,” Prystaiko said.
