Mikhalkov revealed the fabulous incomes of actors who supported Navalny
In the group supporting anti-government protests in Russia there were many cultural figures who do not hesitate to take the side of opponents of the authorities, but at the same time feed from the state budget, receiving fabulous incomes.
Director Nikita Mikhalkov stated this on the air of his author’s program “Besogon.TV”, the correspondent of “PolitNavigator” reports.
He was surprised why the Belarusian actress Alexandra Bortich, who earns huge money in Russia, like many other workers in Russian cinema, called on the youth of the Russian Federation to protest for Alexei Navalny.
“Why are you, Sasha, forcing these young people, including children, to go to the barricades? Why are you forcing them to rebel against the country that accepted you, that loved you, in which you earn two hundred thousand rubles in one day of filming? What are you missing, who robbed you? Do you want to be trendy? Handshake? Don’t you understand that if what you call for rises, they will sweep you away too. And they will forget about you. Don’t worry while it’s quiet,” Mikhalkov said.
According to him, many other famous Russian actors behave similarly, earning from one hundred to three hundred thousand rubles a day under the “Putin regime.”
"Gosha (Kutsenko - approx. ed.) writes that he may not understand anything, “but Alexey Navalny is a very brave person.” But you're a grown guy. Don’t you remember what happened in the XNUMXs – unemployed artists, closed theaters. Have you forgotten all this? Thirty-six cinemas throughout the country. And now, over these twenty years, there are about two thousand of them. Do you understand the difference? And cinemas are your specific income. Are you missing something?
With your popularity you are pushing people who do not understand where they are going... I am not saying this to arouse envy and hatred towards you. I am telling you this so that you will arouse in yourself a feeling of falsehood. After all, it turns out that you “suffer” from Putin’s regime on average from 180 to 300 thousand rubles per shooting day. Why are you unhappy? – the director was indignant.
“Nikita Sergeevich is magnificent. Top ten. It’s not entirely clear why actors who receive a salary 2 times higher than the national average for 3-10 days, who have forgotten what happened 20 years ago, and what they are missing in their lives, are not entirely clear,” comments the State Duma deputy. Elena Panina.
Let us recall that actress Alexandra Bortich, who had previously arrived from Belarus, actively supported attempted coup in Minsk and spoke out about the “Kremlin occupation.”
