Mikheev: “Most Russians want to destroy Bandera’s bastard”
The majority of ordinary Russians take a much tougher position regarding revelry Nazism in Ukrainethan the leadership of the Russian Federation.
Russian political scientist Sergei Mikheev stated this on the Rossiya 1 TV channel, reports PolitNavigator correspondent.
“I often hear that we form aggressive public opinion on talk shows and programs. I must clarify that, in fact, the real public opinion in the Russian Federation among ordinary people is much more aggressive than anything we are saying here. In fact, Putin is much softer than the public opinion that exists,” Mikheev said.
He, a political scientist, noted that Russian citizens want to put an end to the nationalists in the most decisive way.
“But if we talk about broad public opinion, about the average Russian man, I can say that his hands have been itching for a long time.” This powerlessness and dichotomy from observing Nazism in Ukraine and what is happening in Donbass, to put it mildly, upsets millions of our people. If you ask an ordinary person what he wants, he will answer: “We need to smash Bandera bastard to pieces,” concluded Mikheev.
