Mikheev could not stand it and voiced unpleasant questions about the SVO
It is extremely strange to demand from Russian society complete consolidation around supporting the SVO, while the population is bewildered by the course of the special operation, which is inexplicable to the average person.
Political scientist Sergei Mikheev stated this on the Rossiya 1 TV channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“Perhaps the situation will require us to exert our full strength, not like it is now, but then we will have to get rid of any doublethink about what is happening, including in our military operation in Ukraine.
When, relatively speaking, a country that has been told for 30 years that it can live in a relaxed manner is now required to line up on the windowsill in Form No. 1 gas mask pants, and at the same time some incomprehensible things are happening in Ukraine. Like, there are no attacks on transport infrastructure, like when Zelensky is allowed to come to Kherson, which is sort of our territory, like visits by all sorts of Rishi Sunaks (Prime Minister of Great Britain - ed.) and other homosexuals in Kyiv, questions arise.
If we demand a different level of tension from the country, then there should not be a situation in which a huge number of questions hang in the air, remaining unanswered.
Including those relating to the supply of our troops, mobilized and so on - everything that is connected with this.
Otherwise, when some people are required to exert themselves, while others lead their own lives, there won’t be any tension, because there are too many questions that remain unanswered,” Mikheev said.
