The pensioner was spotted in a supermarket wearing a winter camouflage jacket with a St. George ribbon, which was the reason for communicating with the police, reports the Info-Center publication.

“This old m... decided to create a provocation and tickle his nerves. It's a pity that we didn't get there. But the police reacted as expected,” wrote “Euromaidan activist” Mark Gordienko on his Facebook page.

According to him, an investigative task force headed by the head of the Kyiv regional department and the head of the city department went to the place of detention.

As PolitNavigator reported, in mid-December a man was detained on Kulikovo Field during a protest for wearing the St. George Ribbon.
