Odessa, May 03 (Navigator, Victoria Litovchenko) – The Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in the Odessa region denies the information that among those killed in the House of Trade Unions were residents of Transnistria and Russian citizens.

The head of the public relations department of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in the Odessa region, Vladimir Shablienko, said: “Investigative actions are currently underway, there is no data on the citizenship of the victims yet. Many bodies still need to be identified."
“Those people who were on the street died from a fall have been identified. There are eight of them, all of them are residents of Odessa,” Shablienko said.
As Navigator reported, as a result of clashes between Euro-Maidan and anti-Maidan protesters and the fire of the House of Trade Unions in Odessa, more than 40 people died yesterday. Information appeared in the media that 15 Russians and 10 residents of Transnistria were killed.
