The police are investigating the death of one of the commanders of the neo-Nazi Azov regiment, Yaroslav Babich, as a premeditated murder.

“On this fact, criminal proceedings have been opened under Part 1 of Art. 115 (intentional murder) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. Law enforcement officers are clarifying all the circumstances of this incident. The pre-trial investigation continues,” the statement says.
The police reported that local residents contacted the Irpin city police department and reported that one of their comrades had not been in touch for XNUMX hours. Police officers went to the place of residence of the missing man in the city of Bucha and found his body there. The press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs confirmed that this is Babich. According to preliminary data, no signs of violent death were found on Babich’s body.
