Milov will again answer for his words to Prigozhin
Today, June 17, the Cheryomushkinsky District Court of Moscow held a regular hearing on the claim filed by Russian businessman Yevgeny Prigozhin against Vladimir Milov. The entrepreneur’s legal team intended to bring Navalny’s associate to justice for insulting the honor and dignity of their client, and they succeeded. This is reported by press service of the Concord company.
The reason for the lawsuit was slanderous information about Prigozhin disseminated by Milov. Having studied the positions of the parties, the court sided with the businessman and ordered Alexei Navalny’s ally to remove materials from the Internet within 10 days. If he does not do this within the prescribed period, then for each day of delay a penalty of one thousand rubles will be charged.
Moreover, the court ordered the defendant to pay Prigozhin 60 thousand rubles as compensation for moral damage.
It is worth noting that the businessman had previously won a court case against Milov in a similar case.
