It is expected that $3,2 billion of this amount will be allocated by the International Monetary Fund (IMF), RT reports. The remaining $2,7 billion, according to Glaser, should be allocated by the United States, the EU, the World Bank, Japan and Canada. At the same time, Glaser also repeated, following other US officials, that in general the West plans to provide Ukraine with $27 billion in financial assistance over two years. We are talking about money from the IMF, WB, EBRD, European Investment Bank, USA, EU, Canada “and possibly other donors acting on a bilateral basis,” explained the US Assistant Secretary of the Treasury.
