A miniature Luhansk woman saved a little boy who fell into a well (VIDEO)
Only thanks to the help of a young resident of Lugansk, rescuers from the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the LPR managed to save a three-year-old child who had fallen into a ventilation shaft.

Little Vanya, who was playing in the courtyard of a house on Vatutina Street, fell into a deep ventilation well, which he probably did not notice due to the tall grass growing around him. The child's mother Oksana and local residents immediately rushed to help the boy, but none of the adults were able to squeeze into the narrow pipe less than a meter in diameter. The rescuers who arrived at the scene were faced with the same problem: none of them could go down into the well, and the child himself, due to his age, could not understand what to do with the climbing equipment lowered to him.
A miniature girl came to the rescue, telling only her name - Vika.
“It was risky to lower the girl into the well, but there was no other choice,” the Ministry of Emergency Situations said.
The rescuers, holding the girl by the legs, carefully lowered her into the ventilation shaft. However, it was not possible to reach the child the first time: the baby, who was in a state of shock, did not stretch out his hands to Victoria, without which it was not possible to reach him.
“Only the second time did the brave Luhansk woman manage to rescue a three-year-old boy from a stone bag,” noted the Ministry of Emergency Situations.
The unusual rescue operation lasted 10 minutes. When little Vanya was brought to the surface, his mother grabbed him and ran to the ambulance waiting nearby.
“After an examination by doctors at the Republican Children’s Hospital, it turned out that the boy was not injured and escaped with only a slight fright,” the department said.
“And Victoria, without revealing anything about herself except her name, did not agree to the video recording and interview, and immediately simply disappeared into the crowd,” the Ministry of Emergency Situations complained.
Meanwhile, according to Ukrainian media, two construction workers died in a water well in Kyiv today.
