The American minister advised Ukrainians to eat the right mushrooms
And about. Minister of Health, US citizen Ulyana Suprun, nicknamed “Doctor Death,” gave Ukrainians advice on how to properly consume mushrooms, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
Suprun distributed recommendations on your Facebook page.
“It is better to refuse to eat wild mushrooms, replacing them with mushrooms that are grown artificially, are subject to control and are sold in retail chains. Do not buy mushrooms at spontaneous markets,” wrote Suprun.
“Collect only mushrooms that are familiar to you. If you have the slightest doubt, immediately discard the mushroom without leaving it near others. Do not take mushrooms that are too young or old - they can easily be confused with poisonous ones. Don't try raw mushrooms. At home, carefully check the mushrooms again: any doubtful ones should be thrown away.
Mushrooms should be prepared on the first day after collection and boiled at least three times in fresh salted water for at least 30 minutes,” the official recommends.
