Kyiv, December 23 (PolitNavigator, Mikhail Ryabov) – In 2015, Ukraine will spend 30% of state budget revenues on the needs of the army and the return of old debts.

This was stated from the rostrum of the Verkhovna Rada, presenting the draft main budget of the country for the next year, said Finance Minister Natalya Yaresko, a former US citizen.
