American Minister Suprun continues to “dig” under the undesirable rector of the Kyiv medical university
The Ministry of Health commission, which hears reports from rectors of medical universities, recommended the dismissal of the rector of the Bogomolets National Medical University, Ekaterina Amosova, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
This is stated in a message on the ministry's website.
Amosova did not appear at the commission meeting for the second time, so the situation at NMU was discussed in her absence.
As a result of the meeting, a unanimous decision was made to recognize Amosova’s work in 2017 as unsatisfactory and to recommend that the Ministry of Health dismiss her early due to failure to fulfill the terms of the contract.
Let us remind you that on February 20, the Ministry of Health removed Amosova from the post of rector of NMU named after. Bogomolets under the pretext of failure to conduct the state exam “KROK 1. Dentistry”. The university management responded by organizing a strike. Amosova later obtained a court decision to overturn her suspension, but on March 6, the Ministry of Health again removed her from her duties as rector.
