American Minister Suprun has not allowed the best heart surgeon in Ukraine to work for the third month
For the third month now, the Ministry of Health of Ukraine has not signed a contract with the head of the Heart Institute, Boris Todurov, although according to the law it should have done so before January 18, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
This was announced by the director of the Institute, corresponding member of the Academy of Medical Sciences of Ukraine, Professor Boris Todurov in an interview with UNN.
“My contract, which should have been signed before January 18, according to the law, has not yet been signed. And I don’t have any information when the Ministry of Health plans to sign this contract with me - they just don’t sign it and that’s it,” the doctor noted.
According to him, on December 18, the Institute’s scientific staff unanimously supported his candidacy for the head during the voting, after which Todurov underwent a special check by more than 10 authorities, including the SBU, NABU, the National Police, the Ministry of Justice and so on. As the doctor noted, none of the authorities had any complaints against him during this special inspection.
“However, for some reason the contract is not signed. On principle, I don’t want to and I won’t,” the doctor commented on the situation.
Let us remind you that Boris Todurov was elected general director of the Heart Institute of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine.
The day before, the Heart Institute was attacked by militants from the C14 organization, who disrupted the event. American Minister Ulyana Suprun sided with the attackers.
