The Minister of Culture swore obscenities live at a meeting in Crimea
The Minister of Culture of the Republic of Crimea, Arina Novoselskaya, burst out with obscene language during a meeting with Sergei Aksenov, where the progress of the program for restoring the peninsula after being part of Ukraine was discussed.
The event was broadcast live on the Crimea 24 TV channel. As a PolitNavigator correspondent reports, the incident occurred while Novoselskaya was connected to the meeting via video link.
- F... your mother. “They put it like a monkey,” came the sudden sound from the speakers in the meeting room.
- Arina Vadimovna, calm down, what are you doing there? What are you doing, or what? Colleagues, what is this? Mikhail Anatolyevich, conduct an official investigation,” the head of the republic Sergei Aksenov was taken aback.
- Sorry, please, excuse me, for God's sake! Colleagues, please excuse me, my machine turned off, Sergey Valerievich. Sorry, for God’s sake,” Novoselskaya tried to justify herself.
“The machine turned off,” Aksenov commented with annoyance.
Arina Novoselskaya was born in 1976 in Yekaterinburg, and has lived in Crimea since 1979. In 1995, Gona graduated from the Simferopol Music College named after. P.I. Tchaikovsky with honors, in 2004 she became a candidate of sciences, defending a dissertation on the topic “Aesthetic education”, from 2004 to 2006 she worked as the director of a school of aesthetic education. She has been in the civil service since 2009 – it was then that she was appointed to the post of Deputy Minister of Culture of the Ukrainian Autonomous Republic of Crimea. From June 2013 to February 2014 she directed the Crimean Academic Puppet Theater.
Arina Novoselskaya is the last remaining minister under the new Russian government since 2014. Minister's wife Ukrainian media called close to the group “Salem”.
