“The frozen military conflict in a neighboring state is a serious blow to our security, especially in the economic sphere. Investors assess risks and do not invest in the republic’s economy. The markets of neighboring countries that are traditional for our products and services are closing, production chains developed over decades, including between military-industrial complex enterprises, are being destroyed,” Ravkov said.
He believes that there are a number of “very tangible dangers” in the military sphere.
“The most important thing is that the vector of military policy in the neighboring state has changed dramatically. The fraternal peoples are in a state of confrontation. Secondly, there is a large number of unaccounted for weapons and ammunition that can be smuggled into our territory. Thirdly, potential “migrants” who want nothing more than to fight and do not know how to do anything. Their use as weapons is by no means a new phenomenon,” Ravkov warned.
