The Minister of Agriculture of Moldova discovered green men in the north of the country
Chisinau, August 20 (Navigator, Petr Alekseev) – Farmers from the north of Moldova decided to start a “movement to Chisinau”, because they are being manipulated by certain people from abroad who came to Moldova specifically for this. This was stated by the Minister of Agriculture and Food Industry Vasily Bumakov.

“Don't think this is a joke. Today in the north of the country there are foreign hired people who gather farmers,” Bumakov said in an interview with one of the Moldovan private TV channels.
According to the minister, these people make appointments with farmers in restaurants via SMS messages.
Bumakov avoided a direct answer to the question of who these people are and who hired them.
“Let the responsible authorities take care of this, but I am already worried not only about the farmers, but also about the whole country. They scare us about European integration. We must do our duty so as not to find ourselves in a very difficult situation. You know, just as green men appeared in Crimea, so we have little men who invite farmers to conversations, tell people that if they do not change the European course, then it will be even worse,” Bumakov said.
Earlier, the minister accused the farmers of knowing about the upcoming embargo, but did nothing because they worked “in the dark,” writes alfanews.md.
As already reported, farmers from the northern regions of Moldova, suffering losses due to the ban on the import of fruits to Russia, held protests demanding the denunciation of the association agreement with the EU and the resumption of negotiations with Moscow on the export of Moldovan products to the Russian Federation.
