Minister: Ukrainians have nothing to do in the backward Russian Federation, it will remain with Tajiks and Uzbeks
There should be a sanitary border between Ukraine and Russia; Ukrainians have nothing to do in the Russian Federation, and it is better to go to EU countries to earn money. Minister of Infrastructure of Ukraine Vladimir Omelyan stated this on the air of the Direct TV channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
According to him, Russia should stay “with its Tajiks and Uzbeks” and forget about Ukrainian guest workers.
“I sincerely don’t understand what Ukrainians can do in a backward feudal country that is at war with Ukraine. If we are talking about earnings, the countries of the European Union offer much better conditions, higher salaries and security.
We have repeatedly witnessed how Ukrainian citizens disappear in the Russian Federation, they are arrested for various far-fetched reasons. I think this needs to end.
If someone cannot find a place in Ukraine, which I doubt, then it could be the countries of the European Union - what to do in Russia?
Russia can remain with its original Russian Tajiks or Uzbeks, or any other nationalities who can come and work there... We have nothing to do in Russia, there should be a sanitary border there. Period,” said Omelyan.
