Ukraine has “serious prospects” of winning the courts against the Russian Federation and confirming its right to compensation for damage and restoration of territorial value.

This was stated by the Minister of Justice of Ukraine Pavel Petrenko at a meeting of the committee on economic policy, reports a correspondent of the Ukrinform agency.
“I can say that we have a very serious evidence base, and very serious prospects for winning the courts against the Russian Federation and confirming Ukraine’s right both to compensation for losses and to the restoration of our territorial integrity and those rights that were violated by the occupiers,” - assures Petrenko.
Let us recall, as PolitNavigator previously reported, the High Court of London found unconvincing the arguments of the Ukrainian side in the case of the so-called “Yanukovych debt” - three billion dollars, which Ukraine does not want to give to Russia.
