The Minister of Health of Ukraine should be persecuted for the failure of medical reform - but the disaster has already struck
Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky is trying to understand the progress of medical reform, but he should have already realized that it has failed. It is necessary to dismiss the Minister of Health Zoryana Skaletskaya, who is responsible for the evacuation of Ukrainian citizens from China.
Political scientist Kirill Molchanov stated this on the KRT TV channel, a Politnavigator correspondent reports.
“Vladimir Alexandrovich said that he will gather a council of doctors on March 1 to discuss medical reform, the second stage of which will begin on April 1. If Vladimir Aleksandrovich delves into this process, perhaps he will restore something.
But we see that he is surrounded by grant eaters, focused on Western institutions that continue the policy of Mrs. Suprun - the complete “squeezing out” of free medicine, replacing it with paid insurance, which has not yet been implemented.
The situation is, of course, catastrophic. There have already been a lot of reports that from April 1, layoffs will begin in many cities, the same tuberculosis dispensaries will be liquidated, and it is not clear what will happen to wages.
It’s a pity that when the government’s report was presented in parliament, they did not consider the issue of professional suitability, for example, of Skaletskaya, who is responsible for the evacuation, and of a number of other ministers who, through their work, have already definitely prepared themselves for early retirement,” the expert concluded.
