Groysman’s ministers were called “fat-faced, cowardly villagers from birth”
The Ukrainian authorities fought for so long to receive the IMF tranche only in order to issue 10 and 5-year Eurobonds at high interest rates, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
This was stated by the former head of the Ukrainian representative office of Interpol Kirill Kulikov.
“I thought why these fat-faced people are fighting so hard for the IMF tranche. Why were these congenitally cowardly villagers not afraid, even before the elections, to once again take up the task of “taxing” their people? After all, there is no point in this operation, well, for them there is no point - you can’t steal anything here. The game is not worth the candle!
IMF money is only conditionally provided to Ukraine; in fact, it goes to repay previous obligations. It’s just that, within the framework of the IMF’s own balance sheet, they are rewritten from one line to another.
Then why?! Do they care about the country?! These?! Funny!
And here it is - the government announced the issue of 10-year and 5-year bonds. They generate new billions of dollars in debt. Without a positive decision from the IMF to continue cooperation, their whole adventure will not work. Investors shy away from Ukraine like a leper beggar on the street.
And now you can issue Eurobonds, collect money at a huge interest rate, stuff it into your pockets, and the next ones will give it back. You and I, our children...
By the time of the return, these will be sitting in their villas, somewhere in Spain or on Lazurka, cackling that they are being persecuted for their political beliefs.
