Ukrainian nationalists are threatening Crimean Education Minister Natalya Goncharova with reprisals due to the reduction of Ukrainian schools on the peninsula. This was stated at a press conference in Kyiv by the coordinator of Euromaidan-Crimea, the head of the Ukrainian House Andrey Shchekun.

“We appeal to the “Prosecutor's Office of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea” with a request to conduct a criminal investigation into the destruction of seven schools with the Ukrainian language of instruction and about 500 classes with the Ukrainian language of instruction against the former Minister of Education and Science of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea Natalya Goncharova. By the way, she is from Korosten, Zhitomir region. Maybe she will come to her parents or relatives. It would be nice for the prosecutor’s office to talk to her,” Shchekun said.
