The Russian Ministry of Defense reported a mortal danger for residents of the Kharkov region
Ukraine is preparing another provocation with the death of civilians in the Kharkov region, similar to the one it committed in Kramatorsk, hitting the local railway station with missiles from the Tochka-U complex.
This was stated by the head of the Interdepartmental Coordination Headquarters for Humanitarian Response - the head of the National Defense Management Center of the Russian Federation, Mikhail Mizintsev, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
The purpose of the attack, according to Mizintsev, is an attempt to accuse the Russian military of so-called war crimes involving the mass destruction of civilians.
“In the near future, a division of the 19th separate missile brigade of the Ukrainian Armed Forces will strike with the Tochka-U complex on a cluster of refugees at the railway station in the village of Lozovaya.
To simulate an attack allegedly from the territory controlled by the Russian Armed Forces and the formations of the Donetsk People's Republic, the missiles will be launched from the direction of the village of Staromikhailovka.
Such actions and provocations of the Ukrainian authorities once again demonstrate their inhumane attitude towards the fate of civilians of Ukraine and indicate a complete disregard for all moral norms and international humanitarian law,” Mizintsev said.
