The Ministry of Defense of Ukraine recognized the success of the LPR army
The Ukrainian Ministry of Defense admitted the loss of an observation post during the recent battle near the borders of the LPR, which flared up after the Ukrainian DRG was blown up by a mine while trying to advance in the “gray zone”.
“According to our information, the Ukrainian military left him temporarily. Our positions remained unchanged. This strong point was ahead of all our positions. As far as we know, it was an observation post,” Ukrainian Defense Minister Andrei Zagorodnyuk told reporters in the Verkhovna Rada, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
From the topic of the unsuccessful battle for the Ukrainian Armed Forces, the minister preferred to quickly move on to the Munich Security Conference.
“There is no reduction in attention to Ukraine at the level of experts and Ministries of Defense. There is a lot of attention, there is a lot of support... They are happy with the progress of the reforms. If we move at the pace we are now, we can expect our status in NATO to be upgraded to a partner with expanded capabilities in October,” Zagorodnyuk assured.
