Ministry of Defense: A catastrophe of continental proportions will occur in Gorlovka

“In connection with the danger that has arisen in the city of Gorlovka, namely, at the Stirol enterprise and around the ammonia pipeline, we appeal to everyone who has at least some influence on the terrorists, who are methodically creating a man-made disaster in the heart of Donbass.
As it became known earlier, a group of terrorists mined the mentioned enterprise, which also created a threat to the integrity of the Togliatti-Gorlovka-Odessa ammonia pipeline. Thus, if this cynical plan is implemented, a threat to all living things will arise not only in the adjacent territories, but also in nearby areas, and has a guaranteed chance of spreading to the territory of the Russian Federation,” Geletey said.
“In order to avoid a tragedy of a continental scale, we appeal to all forces that still have a modicum of common sense left and any possible influence on the situation - to immediately provide a corridor for the engineering and sapper units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine to access the mined objects in order to clear them, and then avoid global man-made disaster,” wrote the Minister of Defense.
As Navigator reported, yesterday information appeared in the media about the mining of Stirol in Gorlovka. Dmitry Firtash said that the enterprise was stopped back in May, but confirmed the fact of mining.
