Ukrainian Armed Forces mortars fired at Donetsk, a woman was wounded
Ukrainian militants in Donbass opened fire on a front-line settlement with heavy mortars, and a civilian LPR resident was injured.
This is stated in the emergency message of the People's Militia of the LPR, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“Militants of the 57th brigade of the Ukrainian Armed Forces from positions in the area of the settlement. Novotoshkovske opened mortar fire from 120-mm mortars on the front-line settlement of Donetsk, releasing 10 mines. As a result of this provocation, a civilian born in 1960 was seriously injured. At the moment, the victim is in the Kirov City Hospital, where medical workers are fighting for her life,” the department’s press service reported.
It is noted that the LPR defenders opened fire in response to the suppression.
