First Deputy Minister of Information Policy of Ukraine Emine Dzhaparova stated this in an interview with the Kyiv magazine “Focus”, answering the question of how her department repels information attacks from Russia.
“We have launched the Information Troops project,” came the answer.
In turn, the publication noted that this project is not working.
"Why does not it work? We are in the process of forming it, but, unfortunately, I cannot give exact dates and dates. It is also necessary to take into account that we positioned this year as an attempt to systematize all our work and report all our developments in documents. As a result, we have the Information Security Doctrine, the Strategy for Information Reintegration of Crimea, the Strategy for Information Reintegration of Donbass and the Strategy for Public Diplomacy of the Crimean Tatars. These are the main documents, which for us are an attempt to document everything that we tried in practice,” Japarova said.
She also believes that it is “important for the state to have documents of this kind” and suggested that they will be submitted for government approval at the end of September.
Let us note that the “Information Troops” project was launched 2,5 years ago.
Earlier, as PolitNavigator reported, project participants received instructions indicating about the need to convey to the citizens of Ukraine the idea that there was no defeat of the Ukrainian Armed Forces in Deabltsevo.
