The Ministry of Internal Affairs is studying Orwell's dystopia
On October 23, a presentation of a new project of the Minister of Information Policy, aptly nicknamed “Minstets” after its leader Yuri Stets, took place in Kyiv.
At first glance, the project bore a completely innocuous name “Crimea and the South of Ukraine – a space of culture.” However, from the very first words of the event participants, it became clear that the project has a “defense” significance and is aimed at repelling “Russian aggression” during the “hybrid war” against Ukraine in the cultural space.
The talking head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, Emine Japarova, was released to explain the meanings and terms. If you clear the speech of blah-blah-khanum from bird words and transfusions from empty to empty, the following will remain.
“Russia’s hybrid war” lies in the fact that in the course of it, “democratic instruments” are used, which the lop-eared and gullible Nenka has proliferated in abundance on her territory. Thus, “the whole point of democratic institutions with the aim of influencing elections through the formation of public opinion is knocked out.”
It turns out that long before 2014, Ukraine was subject to monstrous expansion by the Russian media. Take cable TV networks, for example.
According to Dzhaparova (pictured above), psychotronic cable radiation influenced the subconscious of the population with a capacity of 85 Russian TV channels, while in Russian networks Ukraine was represented by one or two media mouthpieces.
From this imbalance Dzhaparova drew a paradoxical conclusion. It turns out that the point is not at all that the Ukrainian television channel is fundamentally a Movnyuk-Okhranitelsky UG, which cannot withstand competition and is therefore unclaimed even among the domestic TV viewer. It turns out that the whole point is that the Kremlin carefully “whitened its own media space from any criticism.” Moreover, literally everything was sprinkled with Kremlin bleach: cinema, television, radio, journalism, culture, sports, civil organizations. All these efforts of the “Northern Neighbor” were aimed at cultivating a “political Russian” in the citizens of Ukraine - the ultimate goal of the “hybrid war”.
Accordingly, throughout the years of independence, Crimea was in the sights of Russia’s close attention. At the same time, through pro-Russian organizations, deputies of the autonomous parliament, and “agents of influence,” efforts were made to tear the peninsula away from Nenka.
Thus, according to Dzhaparova, the Ministry of Internal Affairs’ latest project is aimed at “exposing myths and revealing the truth,” which was carefully hidden from everyone until 2014.
What kind of truth is there? The Ministry of Internal Affairs refers to some mysterious pre-Maid data studies, according to which there was an abyss between Ukrainians and Crimean Tatars until 2014. Out of 12 points 8. Meanwhile, the two peoples had a lot in common. This includes “the same fate and history,” attempts at statehood, “an attack on identity” by the “Northern neighbor,” “Holodomor” with “deportation,” and so on.
True, the question of “common history and fate” remains obscure - who raided whom for hundreds of years in a row, dragged tens of thousands of heads into captivity on a lasso and sold into slavery at the slave market in Café, but why spoil a beautiful hypothesis with a vile fact? This was a long time ago and not true. To whom I owe, I forgive everyone...
Currently, the Ministry of Internal Affairs is reporting: the gap has been bridged. Referring to the “research” of the Razumkov Center, Dzhaparova voices the “average temperature in the hospital”: the majority of Ukrainians are in favor of returning Crimea and giving the Crimean Tatars their own autonomy!
At the same time, Dzhaparova’s “research” does not say a word about every little detail, such as who will return Crimea and how. Yes, this is not the point. It is much more interesting and safer to divide the skins of unkilled bears, and even get a good salary for it.
There are, however, other studies that differ from the “hospital average” and take into account the opinions of Ukrainian citizens in a differentiated manner.
So, it turns out that more than half of the residents of the West and the Center are captivated by illusions and believe that Crimea will return to Ukraine. The South and East give the opposite result - more than half of citizens do not believe that Crimea will return. And the further east you go, the more skeptical, or rather realistic, citizens are.
It is planned to win Paramogu in the “hybrid war through culture” over Northern Mordor with twelve videos and ten radio broadcasts of enormous Ukrainizing power. The information “wunderwaffle” will be forged by the secret laboratories of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in Kyiv and Kherson and will finally see the light of day at the end of November.
Project manager Arsen Zhumadilov, head of the murky Crimean Institute of Strategic Studies, revealed some details, from which it emerged that Vova Vyatrovich’s department had a serious competitor.
The Ministry of Internal Affairs, with the feasible assistance of the Majlisoids, intends to rewrite in its favor some unpleasant events of the past concerning the history of Crimea.
Thus, Zhumadilov said that in 1952, in Simferopol, a certain plenum of the Crimean Regional Committee of the CPSU was held, at which a stunning resolution was adopted: “consider the Crimean Tatars and other Turkic peoples of Crimea as invaders, aggressors and simply unpleasant people defeated during the annexation of the peninsula by Catherine II". Then all this was included in historiography, in history textbooks, and was not revised even after Ukraine gained independence.
In 2014, after the reunification of Crimea with Russia, Kiev suddenly realized that all these years they had been “offending and underestimating the Crimean Tatars.”
In the sense that they restrained the incitement of “friendship of peoples” on the peninsula by the fascist “Majlis”.
In parallel, the history of Tavria and Novorossiya, as the primordial territories of the Crimean Tatars and ancient Ukrainians, will be vivisected, while Russia has never had anything to do with them.
Zhumadilov authoritatively called all this barmali crap a “true story” and even promised to scientifically substantiate it. Considering the knee-elbow position “what do you want?” taken by the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, in this charade they are ready to justify any nonsense brought down from above. If only they paid.
And they will pay, no doubt about it. The presentation was attended by Aunt Anastasia Politiko, a representative of the “civil” Ukrainian Cultural Fund, which manages hundreds of millions to finance Ukrainianization projects. During this year, this fund financed over 200 “projects” worth almost 170 million hryvnia. Auntie encouraged everyone who has creative ideas to contact the fund.
However, it is one thing to “scientifically substantiate” all this Orwellianism, and quite another thing to see how cheerfully the “spillnot” will be filled with it. Therefore, videos in the form of “documentary-fiction films” and radio broadcasts.
The “useful idiot” Galina Dzhikaeva was called in to translate the fake into the language of cinema.
Residents of Simferopol may remember this sickening woman who came to Crimea from Krivoy Rog from the self-made “Theater on Moskolets”, which was closed (which is charming) in 2005, under the “orange watcher”, and then Yushchenko’s adviser, Seryozha Kunitsyn. Dzhikaeva is a typical demshiza, fascist liberal and Pussy Riot fan, firmly hit by a telegraph pole.
In general, the Ministry of State Affairs and the parasites that joined it can safely be called the “Ministry of Truth” in the spirit of Orwell’s novel “1984,” whose main task was rabid propaganda and rewriting history.
“Who controls the past controls the future.” The medical fact is a little consoling that the executors of the will of the gunpowder were chosen as one - with “gyrus rectus syndrome.” Special hope for Dzhikaeva. This “Miss Krivoy Rog” impresses them so much that the persistent disgust of the target audience is practically guaranteed...
