The Ministry of Justice will legalize raiding in order to lead it - Ze-deputy
Instead of putting things in order, the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine is trying to legalize and lead raiding in the agricultural sector.
Verkhovna Rada deputy, member of the Servant of the People presidential faction Alexander Dubinsky said this on air on the TSN TV channel, PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“They say that things will improve, that “there are systemic improvements in the Ministry of Justice.” Let me give you a specific example. The villagers turned to me and said: “They are trying to take away our land through raiding, could you help us?” I send a deputy request, but it disappears. It turns out that at the Ministry of Justice in the reception area for deputy requests there are two boxes - letters with an inconvenient subject are thrown into one, and into the trash. And conveniently it goes for consideration,” said the deputy.
He also emphasized that by lifting the moratorium on the land market, the Ukrainian authorities are trying to legalize and lead raiding.
“For three months I couldn’t find where my request had gone, so I took it personally to the minister for signature. Is this a significant improvement? I don't see any improvements in raiding in Ukraine. With the Land Law, we are not creating a market, but we are legalizing raiding in which we are not fighting with anyone, but are trying to lead,” the deputy was indignant.
Let us remind you that the Verkhovna Rada, under the cover of darkness and with serious violations, adopted the scandalous bill No. 2178-10 on the opening of the land market. Western corporations can use it to buy Ukrainian black soil.
