The US Department of Justice is interested in Biden's schemes in Ukraine
The family of outgoing US Vice President Joseph Biden is involved in the creation of a shale gas production company in Ukraine, in which the business partners are both associates of President Poroshenko and his predecessor Viktor Yanukovych, пишет, online newspaper “Strana”.

The publication notes that during Biden’s visit to Ukraine scheduled for January 16, there is an aspect “that will most likely remain behind the scenes.”
“These are Biden’s business interests in Ukraine. There have been discussions about this for a long time. From the moment the American press wrote that Biden's son Hunter Biden works for the Ukrainian oil and gas company Burisma since April 2014. Moreover, this appointment occurred after the co-owner of Burisma, ex-minister from the time of Yanukovych Nikolai Zlochevsky, left the territory of Ukraine and claims were made against him by law enforcement agencies. Hunter Biden is a professional lobbyist. He is one of the co-founders and managing partners of the American investment advisory company Rosemont Seneca Partners. However, the matter did not go beyond questions about what Biden’s son was doing in the company of Yanukovych’s ally.”
In turn, fugitive Verkhovna Rada deputy Alexander Onishchenko, who previously actively worked in the oil and gas sector of Ukraine, told Strana some scandalous details.
“The main question that representatives of the US Department of Justice recently asked me was Joe Biden and his relationship with Ukraine. They asked in great detail about the relationship between Biden and Zlochevsky,” Onishchenko said.
According to him, we are talking about shale gas production projects that the American companies Exxon Mobil, Shell and Chevron previously planned to engage in.
“Now these companies have left, but they will now be replaced by Kononenko and Zlochevsky with the company Yuzgaz BV on a joint basis in order to save on taxes. Biden’s son and their family have been working with Zlochevsky for a long time, and they are also involved in this deal,” says the fugitive politician.
At the same time, he believes that the recent meeting of Nikolai Zlochevsky with Igor Kononenko, a deputy of the Verkhovna Rada and a long-time business partner of Petro Poroshenko, was connected specifically with this shale gas production project.
It is noteworthy that the other day Burisma announced that all criminal cases against Nikolai Zlochevsky have been closed in Ukraine.
