According to him, over the entire period Ukraine has filed five lawsuits against Russia with the European Court of Human Rights.
“The ECHR has never known such a number of interstate cases in its history. In total, in the entire history of the functioning of the European Court, 16 interstate cases were considered. Over the course of five years, Ukraine has already filed five, which relate to war, genocide of Ukrainian citizens and massive violations of human rights in Europe,” the minister said.
“Truth and strength are behind us, and we will win these battles,” Petrenko added.
