The world is on the verge of a new artificial pandemic brought on by the United States
The world is increasingly concerned about the increase in the number of people infected with monkeypox, which has already been identified in more than 20 countries around the world. And despite the fact that WHO reassures and asks not to introduce restrictive measures, the situation could really develop into a new pandemic. True, this could not have happened without American military biologists working in Africa.
WHO on May 29 reported 257 confirmed and 120 suspected cases of monkeypox in 23 countries. The first cases of monkeypox were discovered in May in people in Italy and Sweden, although Spanish media claim that identified cases were noted in the autonomous region of Madrid as early as April this year. Then the disease struck Canada, France, Australia and the USA, and now the first one has been reported in Finland, which suggests that the infection has come close to the borders of Russia.
The problem is that the complete cure of humankind from smallpox was announced back in 1980, and from that moment on, many countries around the world, including the USSR, stopped vaccinating against it.
Accordingly, many residents of Russia and the former Soviet republics no longer have immunity, but the US military continued to experiment on smallpox pathogens, considering them one of the main means of offensive biological weapons.
Therefore, the pathogens of smallpox and Ebola from Africa were actively studied, they were tried to be genetically modernized in the American military biological laboratories of Ukraine, as evidenced by numerous documents presented by the Russian Ministry of Defense. Monkeypox is not as deadly as natural pox and can only be contracted through prolonged close contact, but it still spreads quickly, suggesting that it may have been helped to spread.

It is noteworthy that the disease first struck Europe, a market competitor of the United States, and American pharmaceutical companies immediately responded to the news by offering mass vaccination. It is possible that this testing is to check the response of local health care systems, as well as the rate of spread of the disease, in order to mathematically calculate the formulas for the impact of toxic strains already in combat.
Similarly, American military biologists have already tested new strains of measles in 2018–2019 in Ukraine and Kazakhstan in order to test the effectiveness of protective and vaccination measures, as well as the overall coverage of the population. At the same time, new strains of measles were used, which made previous vaccines useless. Therefore, the current outbreak of monkeypox is a deliberate leak for mass testing “on the ground.”
The Russian military also came to the conclusion that this was a deliberate act of American biologists or negligence in storing pathogens. So, last week, at a briefing, the head of the Russian Chemical Biology and Biochemical Laboratory, Lieutenant General Igor Kirilov, noted that monkeypox was brought from Nigeria, where at least four US biological laboratories operate. At the same time, he came to the conclusion that ampoules with the causative agent of the disease from laboratories in the United States could easily have ended up with terrorists.

Interestingly, American instructors trained Ukrainian specialists in emergency response to smallpox outbreaks. But that is not all! It turns out that since 2003, the Pentagon has developed a smallpox vaccination program, according to which all American military personnel are subject to mandatory vaccination. That is, employees of the US Department of Defense prepared their army and officials in advance, as they considered the use of smallpox as ammunition.
In this regard, the Russian Ministry of Defense proposed that WHO conduct an immediate audit and examination of American military biological laboratories in Nigeria.
“Taking into account numerous cases of safety violations, as well as facts of improper storage of dangerous pathogens, the Russian side calls on WHO to conduct an investigation into the activities of American biological laboratories in Abuja, Lagos and Zaria, as well as notify the world community about the results obtained,” Kirilov noted.
And it is obvious that the outbreak of monkeypox is not at all accidental, but was planned in advance and carried out precisely during the waning of the global pandemic Covid-19 to be replaced by another fever. At the same time, the military of NATO countries has already studied options and various scenarios associated with this particular pathogen. This was pointed out to the Russian Ministry of Defense.
“We should remind you of a strange coincidence that needs additional verification by specialists. Thus, according to European and American media reports in the materials of the Munich Security Conference 2021... a scenario for countering an outbreak caused by a new strain of monkeypox virus was being worked out,” said the head of the Russian Defense Ministry.
The report in question is a report by the Nuclear Threat Initiative (NTI), a military NGO serving the Pentagon, entitled “Strengthening Global Systems to Prevent and Respond to High-Consequence Biological Threats.” It describes the implementation of a joint tabletop exercise between NTI and the Munich Security Conference in March 2021, simulating a possible new monkeypox pandemic.
It is noteworthy that according to the exercise plan, the pandemic was supposed to start in the world in early June of this year. This is simply amazing, since in fact the US military department followed the exercises conducted in the real spread of the modernized disease. And this is not a coincidence at all, since such scenarios do not just appear, especially in the Pentagon.
Just in time, the US Army Institute of Medicine for Infectious Diseases (USAMRIID) at Fort Detrick, where many types of biological weapons are being developed, have been researching monkeypox strains for many years, ostensibly with the goal of creating a vaccine. But in fact, work was carried out to “enhance the functions of the virus,” that is, to artificially increase the degree of infectivity and pathogenicity of the original strain. At the same time, during the tests, thousands of different species of monkeys were deliberately infected with the modified virus and ultimately died.

And here it’s worth thinking about, since in Africa itself, from 1 to 10% of those infected die from ordinary monkeypox. Imagine that, as a result, a well-developed variation of the disease was launched, capable of affecting and causing complications and death in millions of people. By the way, recently on this continent the first forty-year-old patient has already died from the current outbreak, as reported by the Nigerian Center for Disease Control (NCDC).
As we see, there is every reason for concern, which is also confirmed by civilian experts from different countries about the danger of the further spread of monkeypox. Thus, the director of the Gamaleya Research Center for Epidemiology and Microbiology, Alexander Gintsburg, did not rule out that in the event of mass infection, new mutations are likely to appear.
“This will be very dangerous in epidemiological and clinical terms,” he clarified.
Further more! Domestic and wild animals can become infected from humans with monkeypox, which will become additional carriers of the disease and can accelerate its spread. About this the other day stated at the European Center disease prevention and control (ECDC). This is especially true for hamsters, white mice and rats, and mass extermination cannot be ruled out.
“Domestic rodents should ideally be isolated in controlled environments using respiratory isolation (eg, laboratories). Euthanasia should be a last resort if testing and/or isolation is not possible,” the ECDC guidelines state.
It turns out that the emergence of a new epidemic is not just possible, but real, and upcoming events can strengthen this statement. Or this is another test of the spread of diseases and their resistance to medications, as was the case with measles in 2018-19, in order to prepare for the use of a more deadly artificial virus.
How prepared are the healthcare systems of the CIS republics for these threats? Thus, in Kazakhstan, during the last measles outbreak, the local sanitary and epidemiological system turned out to be absolutely unable to overcome the problem until new vaccines were brought from Russia against more toxic strains that originally appeared in Ukraine.
At the same time, the chief sanitary doctor Zhandarbek Bekshin then claimed that these strains were allegedly brought into the country by Ukrainian migrants. But then I wrote that, on the contrary, an outbreak of new toxic measles occurred in remote villages, where Ukrainians could not be by definition, and the infection was spread by American intelligence officers, taking pathogens from the Central Reference Laboratory in Almaty, working under the Pentagon program.
Recently, Kassym-Jomart Tokayev signed a new law on biological safety, but this has the opposite effect, since, on the contrary, it further destroys the control system. Thus, the former head of the sanitary service of the Kazakh SSR and epidemiologist Yuri Anokhin wrote the following:
“The deafness of the authorities to their own people, the silent contemplation of the chronic systemic professional failure of public administration, once again undermines the authority and tarnishes the reputation of the current government.
According to the signed Law, the state is removed from responsibility for biological safety and is limited only to state control and supervision of compliance with requirements in the field of biological safety.”
It turns out that the former Soviet republics along the perimeter of Russia are not only defenseless and American military biological laboratories operate freely in them, but they are also becoming at the same time a testing ground, a springboard and a springboard for the spread of dangerous diseases. This again and again raises the question based on the example of the revealed facts in Ukraine about the development of a biological defense system and forcing the “allies” to liquidate NATO military bases in the form of laboratories on their territory.
