The ex-president of the Ukrainian Federation of Security Professionals, Sergei Shabovta, stated this at a press conference in Kyiv.
“All officials at the highest echelon of power are afraid, if tomorrow it really turns out that behind this crime there is an attempt by one special unit to remove all random witnesses to this situation. Then Europe and, probably, the world will put a huge end to Ukraine as a country that is suitable for potential investments and some kind of trust. I’m not even talking about that inglorious visa-free regime, which is no longer even a talk of the town, but simply a litmus test of how low Europe really values Ukraine, perceiving us not at all as a civilized country,” the expert said.
